    Ditched corporate and went with a local business based on a recommendation from our handyman. Got sick and tired of the upselling from different service technicians who just graduated from tech school, so we decided to go with Save Now Cooling instead. Fast forward, we recently had a very complicated AC issue. Raymond and Scott were up to the task and responded on-site within the hour. The issue turned out to be a proprietary software problem.     Last year, when our A/C system stopped working, our warranty company sent out Save Now Cooling to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the warranty provider declined to cover the repair. Even though there was nothing more they could do through the warranty claim, the team from Save Now took the time to stay and talk through our options with us. Their honesty and guidance helped us make the decision to replace the entire system, which was over 25 years old and well past its prime. Today, when we had a bit of an emergency, Save Now Cooling was the first company I thought to call. I reached out, and they had someone at my door in less than an hour. Scott was incredibly patient and kind. I was dealing with a severe migraine and struggling to be out in the light, but he took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, answer my questions, and quickly resolve the issue. Throughout the entire visit, he was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely considerate of how I was feeling. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service we've received from this company. It's rare to find people who not only know their trade but also treat customers with such care and respect.
